Please allow 1-3days to process the orders , though we always try to send the next day. However some items are back order or imported from oversea will take up to 2 weeks as stated in the product description. If we are out of stock, we will inform customer for new date or refund fully to customers.
Shipping via Courier Service
For shipping within Malaysia, we normally use Poslaju, except some expensive item, we will use private courier. For Klang Valley delivery, we might use our own dispatch.For International shipping, we can use EMS ,Registered Air Mail or Fedex/DHL. Customer can request us to use certain courier company or the cheaper Pos express/ Registrered Mail by request

Return Policy
- All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- We will do whatever we can to make sure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you.
- Items must be in its original state and in the condition they were sent in.(Partial returns will not be accepted.)
- Postage costs will not be refunded, and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Items which are on clearance cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- Products need to be returned to us in its original state and in the condition they were sent in, within 7 days if your return is accepted
- Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Strands will exchange/refund your purchase price (not including shipping and handling cost).
- We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
